From Santa Cruz to Your Cup

Our coffee is grown in rich soil and ideal altitude then small-batch roasted for bold, balanced flavor. Every cup reflects the care, craft, and clarity that defines our process.

From the Monastery to Your Mug

Every bag of San Ignacio Coffee begins in hills of Santa Cruz, Guatemala. Our monks cultivate and harvest the coffee cherries and partner with traditional local businesses to process the beans using the washed method. The coffee is then packaged and shipped to the U.S. to be freshly roasted in small batches before arriving at your door.

Grown at Altitude

Our beans are cultivated at altitude in rich volcanic soil, tended by hand on monastery grounds.

Washed & Dried on Site

Processed with care at the source to preserve the integrity of each bean before it ever leaves the farm.

Small-batch Roasting

Our beans are roasted in small batches, never rushed. It’s how make sure you get fresh and flavorful coffee.

Sealed & Sent to You

Sealed immediately after roasting and sent straight to your door—so you taste the mountains, not the warehouse.

The Monks Behind the Beans

Voices of Our Coffee Community

Delicious Coffee

Since this is our first time trying San Ignacio Coffee, we decided to try the Coffee Hour Edition medium roast, and we are so glad we did. It arrived very quickly, and the wonderful aroma that filled the room when we opened the box was so tempting, we just had to brew some ASAP! This coffee is delicious. It's smooth and well-balanced with absolutely no bitterness. I would highly recommend it to any coffee lover. The added benefit is that we're helping, in our own small way, to support the monastery. Time to go pour myself another cup!

Bold, Smooth, and Grounded

The coffee made with your grounds is some of the best I have tasted. Not acidic, and rich flavor. I will keep purchasing it.

Great All Around

The coffee is delicious, reasonably priced, the shipping was fast, and the proceeds go to an incredible cause (the most important part). This is a great product all around. God bless.

We ordered this coffee for our employee break room and it looks like we finally found something that everyone is happy with! Very smooth and full of flavor. Also, helping a good cause with every purchase is definitely a bonus. Needless to say, we'll be a subscriber for life! Thank you San Ignacio Coffee!

Sweet and Balanced Dark Roast

Freshly roasted beans make all the difference, and I love a good dark roast. This one walks right down the middle between the hefty severe flavor that I love and the sweet round melty flavor that calms it all down. Excellent for moka!

The Best Coffee EVER!

I love organic, high quality coffee but usually it is too expensive. This is the same quality of coffee, a larger quantity, and cheaper. It is great for 4-6 potlucks in a 60 cup machine. It is everyone's favorite! At home 3 of us drink usually one to two 16oz cups a day, we use anywhere to 2-4 TBSP each cup. The bag lasts us a little over a month. That is more then we get out of other high quality brand coffees. No jitters, tummy aches, headaches or caffeine crashes. Just long lasting energy and focus. It is truly the best coffee!!
