Experience Coffee That Connects You to the Land

At San Ignacio Coffee, every sip tells the story of its origin. Grown high in the Guatemalan mountains, our beans soak up the richness of volcanic soil, misty air, and mountain sun. The result? A cup that’s as full of life as the land it comes from — earthy, balanced, and undeniably bold.

From the Monastery to Your Mug

Every bag of San Ignacio Coffee begins in hills of Santa Cruz, Guatemala. Our monks grow, process, and roast each bean with intention. We don’t just source beans—we grow them, roast them, and send them directly to you, no middlemen, no shortcuts.

Grown at Altitude

Our beans are cultivated at altitude in rich volcanic soil, tended by hand on monastery grounds.

Washed & Dried on Site

Processed with care at the source to preserve the integrity of each bean before it ever leaves the farm.

Slow Roasting

Our beans are roasted gently, never rushed. It’s how we preserve the integrity of the harvesst.

Sealed & Sent to You

Sealed immediately after roasting and sent straight to your door—so you taste the mountains, not the warehouse.

Why Our Coffee Is Different

See how San Ignacio Coffee stacks up against ordinary brands. From farm-to-cup traceability to giving 100% of profits back to our monastery, every sip you take supports something bigger. Because real impact starts with better choices.

Great taste and not acidic.

Since I bought the first package of San Ignacio Coffee at St. Anthony’s Book Store in Framingham MA, it’s the only coffee I drink. I like both Dark and Light Roast.
