This coffee is made from the finest quality, high-altitude Arabica beans sourced from the Hermitage of San Ignacio coffee farm in Santa Cruz, Guatemala. The difference with San Ignacio Coffee is that each bag purchased directly supports the Orthodox Christian missions in Latin America and Africa. All proceeds from each bag of coffee are given to building projects, as well as spiritual and educational initiatives that improve the quality of life for local communities.

This is very good balanced medium roast blend. I just add a bit of heavy cream and no sugar.
