Transported Every Evening
Every day’s harvest is meticulously weighed and carried down from the high-altitude farm to the valley. This daily rhythm preserves freshness and keeps the entire process in sync with nature’s pace.

Step 4
Dried, Hulled, and Sorted Locally
On local raised beds, the beans are slowly sun-dried to bring out their natural sweetness. They are then hulled to remove the parchment layer and sorted by hand to eliminate any imperfect or damaged beans — a labor-intensive step that ensures consistency and quality.

Step 5
Shipped to the U.S.
Once fully processed, the coffee beans are bagged, sealed, and shipped directly to the U.S. This method preserves freshness while allowing us to roast in small batches closer to delivery — minimizing waste and maximizing flavor.

Roasted in Small Batches for Freshness
In the U.S., we roast our beans in small, carefully timed batches to develop their full character. This approach gives us greater control over the roast profile and ensures that every bag you receive is as fresh, flavorful, and aromatic as possible.

Packaged and Delivered to Your Door
Each roasted batch is packaged immediately in protective bags to lock in freshness and aroma. From our roastery to your kitchen, we ship directly — so you can enjoy premium, single-origin coffee with full traceability and zero compromise.
