This coffee is made from the finest quality, high-altitude Arabica beans sourced from the Hermitage of San Ignacio coffee farm in Santa Cruz, Guatemala. The difference with San Ignacio Coffee is that each bag purchased directly supports the Orthodox Christian missions in Latin America and Africa. All proceeds of each bag of coffee are given to building projects as well as spiritual and educational initiatives that improve the quality of life for local communities.

Sweet and balanced Dark Roast

Freshly roasted beans make all the difference, and I love a good dark roast. This one walks right down the middle between the hefty severe flavor that I love and the sweet round melty flavor that calms it all down. Excellent for moka!
